Lindsay Becker

I’m Lindsay, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Master of Science in Teaching (MST), I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. My clinical expertise includes crisis counselling, workplace stress management, and child therapy, and I’m a proud member of the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. Using a compassionate, client-centred approach, I foster a safe and empowering space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I focus on fostering resilience and personal growth, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether helping teens cope with school or social pressures, guiding young adults through life transitions, or providing seniors with strategies for dealing with loss and change.
