Deepti Adukia

Deepti Adukia is a Psychologist and Behavioural Coach who integrates psychology, leadership development, and spiritual insight to guide personal transformation. With over 16 years of experience in leading organizations, she empowers individuals to deepen self-awareness, emotional clarity, and relational strength, enabling them to lead authentically, build key skills, and achieve personal and professional goals. She has led transformational learning journeys for organizations such as Infosys Leadership Institute, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Starbucks, Raymond, Axis Bank, and the Maharashtra Coaching Council. Her practice draws from an eclectic range of methodologies, including Humanistic Psychology, Transactional Analysis, Inner Parts work, and Compassionate Inquiry. Deepti holds a Master’s and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, a Diploma in Teaching Effective Communication from Trinity College, London, and is certified in globally recognized leadership frameworks from Dale Carnegie and Franklin Covey.
