I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with a strong academic foundation in psychology and counselling, supported by hands-on experience in both educational and clinical settings. Having completed my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from IGNOU and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia, I have cultivated a deep interest in understanding emotional and behavioural processes while helping individuals navigate psychological challenges. My early academic journey in commerce strengthened my analytical thinking, while my advanced studies allowed me to integrate empathy, critical inquiry, and evidence-based practices into my professional approach. Alongside my core training, I bring creativity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office, computer operations, and video editing—tools that enhance my ability to prepare engaging content and maintain organized documentation.
