Angela Teresa Neary

I am a registered member of BACP, and as a Therapist and CBT Coach Practitioner, I provide a safe space with empathy, professionalism and kindness at its heart, encouraging and supporting you to go on to thrive. My 20 years of counselling experience have developed my listening skills, taught me a range of supportive strategies, and, most importantly, emphasised that it is vital to keep you, the client, at the centre of your therapy, to work on whichever areas of life you are struggling with. I graduated from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland, in 2005 with a Post-Grad Diploma in Person Centred Counselling and Theory after extensive studies in Integrative Counselling Skills and Theory.
