As a licensed marriage and family therapist I have 20 years of experience helping adults gain the tools they need to overcome depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship issues, life transitions, and a variety of other issues. My approach varies based on each client’s individual needs. I draw from various models like, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eclectic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I provide telehealth services for individual adults located in Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
