I am a dedicated Counselling Psychologist with a deep passion for guiding individuals toward improved mental well-being. With an MSc in Clinical Psychology and over three years of valuable experience, I am skilled in navigating a wide range of psychological states- from depressive episodes and anxiety to stress and other disruptive conditions that impact daily functioning. My therapeutic approach is rooted in holism, addressing not only thoughts and emotions but also focusing on behaviour modification to create lasting, meaningful change. At the core of my practice is a belief in empowering individuals to understand and navigate their emotions, fostering a journey toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. In addition to general counselling, I specialize in working with high-risk clients, including those facing challenges related to self-harm, abuse, and addiction.
