With advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I specialize in helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build long-term resilience. My practice includes working with children, adolescents and adults facing Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Personality-related concerns, Stress, and adjustment difficulties, Schizophrenia, Marital Therapies and Relationship Counselling.
