I have a degree in psychology and am available to work as a psychotherapist. In addition, I have completed an extension course in mindfulness/meditation. I have knowledge about different types of breathing, mindfulness, and how to combine these practices with self-compassion and also in the treatment of anxiety. Extension course at Anhembi Morumbi University taught by a psychologist. I also came into contact with content presented by a mindfulness student. And I developed a group project on forms of care for those who are caring for terminally ill patients.
