I am a licensed mental health professional dedicated to guiding individuals through emotional and psychological challenges through both chat-based and video therapy sessions. With an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and extensive clinical experience across hospitals, rehabilitation settings, and mental-health organizations, I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to every client interaction. Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations—children, adolescents, adults, and families—supporting them through concerns related to anxiety, stress, behavioral issues, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and long-term psychological adjustment. My training includes clinical interviewing, diagnostic assessments, IQ and projective testing, and a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, REBT, motivational therapy, cognitive therapy, and behavior management. My experience at Mpower, where I worked closely with CISF personnel and their families, strengthened my ability to provide structured, solution-focused support through both in-person and remote counselling formats. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward emotional well-being. Currently, I am also pursuing a PhD at the University of Strathclyde, where my research explores psychological frameworks to better understand cognitive patterns and biases in AI systems. This work deepens my analytical skills and enhances my ability to understand human behaviour from multiple perspectives. Whether through chat or video sessions, my goal is to make mental health support accessible, responsive, and meaningful for every individual seeking guidance.
