As a final year psychology student, I have built solid therapeutic skills, assessment theqniqies, and evidence based therapeutic support for individuals facing psychological difficulties. Throughout my academic journey, I have consistently integrated theoretical knowledge with practical application, which enabling me confidently engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide evidence based support and care. My training has strengthened my ability to form rapport rapidly and build comfortable environment for clients and conduct structured interviews, and apply therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, Interpersonal therapy, trauma focused therapy, and basic crisis intervention skills. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to listen deeply and respond with sensitivity. I approach clients with respect, compassion, and a non judgemental attitude, creating a safe environment where they feel understood and supported.
