I have 10+ years of corporate experience and Been working as a career counselor/coach since 4 years. I have a masters and diploma in psychology. I guide individuals in their career journey and help them navigate their journey. She is a Delhi based Career Counsellor and an HR professional having 8+ years of work experience in designing, implementing, managing and administering HR and payroll across various sectors. She is of the opinion that career counseling plays a vital role in shaping our thoughts and gaining an accurate understanding of one’s strengths and weaknesses to make informed career choices. She believes that counselling should be introduced from a young age as a tool for providing support and guidance so that students and working professionals can follow their ambition and discover the best-fit career so that the work they do has meaning and at the end of the day they have a sense of satisfaction, purpose and a feeling of happiness.
