I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults in both high-intensity hospital environments and individual psychotherapy settings. My work is grounded in contextual behavioral science, with a strong commitment to evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In the hospital setting, I provided psychological care in intensive care units and inpatient wards, focusing on trauma, surgery, and critical illness. I offered crisis intervention, grief counseling, and emotional support for patients and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I coordinated the Psychology Service at a major public hospital, leading protocol development, supporting frontline staff, and managing an expanded care team. I was also an active member of institutional committees focused on humanization, organ donation, and emergency mental health response. Currently, I offer remote psychotherapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and challenges in emotional regulation and self-awareness. I tailor my therapeutic style to each individual—ranging from direct, skills-based interventions to compassionate, process-oriented dialogue—with the consistent goal of fostering psychological flexibility and meaningful behavior change. I remain committed to clinical excellence through ongoing training in Clinical Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and biweekly ACT supervision, ensuring best practices and high-quality care.
