As a Counselling Psychologist, my targeted population would be adolescents, young adults and adults (till 35 years). My approaches are mainly focused on REBT, CBT, Adlerian, Gestalt and Existential. My areas of focus are mostly anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-life balance, overall working on self, study related issues. I prefer to give safe space to the client, for them to feel comfortable to share their thoughts, to build a relationship based on trust and understanding.
