Vidhi Sethi is a dedicated Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Since beginning her professional journey in 2020, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, and relationship difficulties. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic practices, Vidhi integrates structured, research-supported techniques with a compassionate, client-centered approach. In addition to her clinical work, Vidhi has contributed to the academic field as a Visiting Faculty at Amity University, where she taught psychology students and supported their professional development.
