About

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist with over 10 years’ clinical experience, working with adults and couples. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to the individual, drawing on humanistic, existential and relational therapies alongside CBT, DBT, compassion-focused and mindfulness-based approaches. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I hold postgraduate qualifications in psychotherapy and am registered with BACP and UKCP. I aim to provide a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where clients can understand themselves more deeply, develop practical tools and create meaningful, lasting change.
