Shravani Phatak

As a Senior Psychologist, I am responsible for leading and delivering high-quality clinical care within a multidisciplinary treatment setting. I conduct detailed psychological assessments, develop individualized case conceptualizations, and create evidence-based treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs. I supervise and mentor junior psychologists and therapy staff, ensuring that our clinical work remains accurate, ethical, and aligned with best practices. I facilitate individual therapy, family counselling, and group sessions using an eclectic therapeutic approach, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and supportive psychotherapy. I participate actively in clinical case conferences, conduct risk assessments, and intervene during crises—especially when working with clients who present with severe psychiatric symptoms, substance-use issues, or behavioral concerns. I maintain comprehensive documentation, including case histories, session notes, and progress reports, and ensure regular communication with families regarding client wellbeing and treatment goals. I collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, physicians, and the wider rehabilitation team to deliver coordinated, person-centered care. Additionally, I contribute to program development, staff training initiatives, and uphold the therapeutic standards and quality benchmarks of the organization.
