Kinga Otrebska

I am a psychologist and a graduate of the SWPS University in Warsaw, where I completed my studies in behaviour modification and shaping. I have also completed a Social Skills Trainer course, and will soon be starting postgraduate studies in mediation and negotiation at the SWPS University in Krakow.I gained my professional experience at a centre for adults on the autism spectrum, a prison, and in a research project on awareness at the Jagiellonian University. I currently work at the Praesterno Foundation in Krakow, where I conduct group and individual psychological meetings with young people, as well as workshops for parents.I help people experiencing emotional difficulties, mood disorders, motivation problems, anxiety and relationship challenges. In my work, I am guided by empathy, active listening and a sincere desire to understand other people.
