I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist (Punjab Public Service Commission PPSC, Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Govt. of Pakistan) with a Master’s, ADCP and MS in Clinical Psychology, Currently doing Masters by Research in Psychology at University Of DERBY, UK bringing over 10 years of clinical experience in delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychological care across diverse populations. My professional journey spans hospital-based clinical services, academic roles, and research supervision, reflecting a commitment to ethical excellence and lifelong learning. Currently, I serve as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Institute of Psychiatry, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, where I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults, providing structured assessments, biopsychosocial formulations, and tailored interventions based on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, Couple Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and trauma-informed care, all aligned with NICE guidelines UK. Alongside my clinical work, I am actively engaged in academia. I have served as a Visiting Lecturer at the International Islamic University Islamabad and currently supervise MS Clinical Psychology research thesis at Superior University, guiding postgraduate students in ethical research design, clinical inquiry, and thesis development.
