Paridhi Talwar

I am Paridhi Talwar, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist licensed and registered by Rehabilitation council of India ( RCI) I have diverse experience of working with clients of all age ranges and mental health issues. I am an inquisitive learner so that i can challenge and garner my professional and personal abilities in the field of mental health. I reckon I have the prerequisite skills to provide mental health services. My preferred client group are adolescents , teenagers and adults. I am compassionate towards clients and have empowered my empathetic and listening skills along with tailor made techniques. My approach is eclectic and culturally competent. I Incorporate evidence based therapeutic interventions and well versed with trauma informed and trauma Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive behavioural therapy, Dialectical behavioural therapy, Narcissistic abuse recovery, Somatic therapy, mindfulness based interventions.
