I’m a counseling psychologist who believes that growth begins with understanding ourselves with compassion. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism-related challenges, as well as relationship and emotional difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
