As a licensed clinical psychologist I am specialized in aiding clients with neurodiversity such as ADHD and autism, as well as anxiety, burnout and depression. As a neuropsychologist, focused in CBT and rehabilitation psychology, I am to create a collaborative environment where my clients feel heard and supported, while promoting autonomy, with practical strategies, so that they can become the best version of themselves. I aim to provide my clients with enough self knowledge and support that they become their own therapists in the future.
