I am a Registered Psychometrician and Certified Human Resource Associate, currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling at Cebu Normal University. My practice is grounded in empathy, ethical care, and evidence-based approaches to mental health and personal development. With experience as a Development Associate at the University of San Carlos, I provide counseling support through individual and group sessions, intake and exit interviews, and case documentation, all under the supervision of a Registered Guidance Counselor. I have also designed and facilitated psychosocial development and resiliency programs, helping students and young adults build emotional strength and self-awareness. My background as a Personal Development teacher and psychology intern at the DSWD Haven for Women has deepened my understanding of mental health, human behavior, and the importance of holistic well-being.
