A registered clinical psychologist with more than 7 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services across diverse clinical settings. I learned trauma-informed care, evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and spiritually integrated psychotherapy. I have experiences in crisis response, working with vulnerable populations, and delivering services physically, and remotely. I am committed to making mental healthcare accessible and honing my own cross-cultural competency in clinical practice.
