My work with Psychoanalytic therapy helps individuals understand how their personal histories, emotions, and past experiences influence what they feel today. During migration, a time often marked by grief and change, this approach offers a space to put distress into words and rebuild a sense of identity in a new place. Since 2017, I have been working as a clinical psychologist in private practice, offering psychoanalytically oriented therapy for adults. I support individuals with a professional, compassionate approach, helping them transform their difficulties into opportunities for growth. My goal is to guide each person toward discovering their potential and building a life with greater emotional resources to face everyday challenges. My therapeutic focus is on laying the groundwork for more freedom in one’s choices and breaking free from limiting patterns. I primarily work with migrants navigating life in new lands, seeking support as they build their paths and projects, and looking to feel understood while processing the experience of migration.
