My practice focuses on supporting women and adolescents by creating a warm, non-judgmental space. I specialise in providing individual counselling (CBT, DBT, Islamic counselling etc), screening for various mental conditions and disorders, and facilitating referrals to other professionals whenever appropriate.​ Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse ethnicities, age groups, and faiths and being trilingual (English, Sinhala, Tamil) I am able to communicate and build rapport effectively.​
