I'm a Clinical Psychologist registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). I hold M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the renowned institute National Forensic Sciences University, Gujarat. With over five years of experience in the field of mental health, I have worked across a range of clinical, academic, and community settings, offering psychological care and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in working with a broad population children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. Clinical experience includes working with neurodevelopmental disorders, childhood behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, relationship difficulties and other psychotic conditions. I also have experience in couple therapy and parental management training. I adopt an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, guided by the specific needs of the client. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness-based practices, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I ensure that the interventions are flexible, client-centered, and evidence-informed
