Tonia Tsoumali

I am a Psychologist, graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Derby. I am currently completing my four-year training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at the Hellenic Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Studies. Throughout my studies and professional experience, I have worked with adults and adolescents, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, aiming to create a safe space where each person feels understood and empowered to make meaningful change. I offer therapy sessions both in Greek and English, in person and online.
