As a counseling psychology specialized in academic related concerns, anxiety, hypertension, Trauma, PTSD, friendship concerns, I deal with students of the age of 11 to 19 providing group and individual sessions. The sessions are not only for the students but also for their parents and stakeholders. I work along with CBT, DBT, SFBT, and mindfulness techniques.Along with this I also work on module creation, team management, content creation.
