I am a dedicated counseling psychologist passionate about mental health and personal growth. With experience in psychological assessments, case studies, internships, and community-based interventions, I have developed a well-rounded approach to supporting individuals in their mental wellness journey. I specialize in conducting assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and engaging in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness. Through my experience in academic and practical settings, I continue to refine my skills to make a meaningful impact in the field of psychology. I am graduated with a degree in BSC Psychology from university of calicut and MSC counseling psychology in kannur university During my studies, I developed a strong interest in understanding human behavior and helping people improve their mental well-being. I also had the opportunity to intern at HCF and chethana hospital in calicut, where I gained practical experience in conducting assessments.
