Hi, My name is Jaya Singh, and I am a licensed Counselling Psychologist with a postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (PGDGC). As a Certified Counsellor with CCI, I bring over seven years of experience providing therapy to individuals, adolescents, and couples across in-person, online, and telehealth platforms. My areas of specialisation include anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, workplace concerns, and emotional well-being. I believe that every person has the inner strength to heal and grow; sometimes, they need the right support and space to do so. My counselling approach is client-centred and solution-focused, thoughtfully modified to each client's specific needs. I focus on empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
