With training in trauma-informed care, solution-focused counseling, and mindfulness-based techniques, I support children, teens, and adults in developing emotional regulation skills, reducing anxiety, healing through stress and life transitions, and strengthening self-confidence and relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has strengths and inner capacity to grow. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate personal challenges and pursue emotional well-being, healing, and a life rooted in purpose and peace.
