As a psychologist within a multidisciplinary psychological team, where we focus on understanding and improving people’s mental and emotional well-being. My role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, or cognitive challenges. I use different evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and humanistic counseling, depending on what suits each client best. As part of the team, I collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors to create a holistic treatment plan for each client. We combine psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and psychometric testing to understand each person’s condition in depth and provide the right interventions. A big part of my work includes helping clients build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and effective coping strategies. I also take part in psychoeducation sessions, crisis intervention, and continuous follow-ups to make sure clients maintain progress and prevent relapse. Within the team, we regularly discuss cases, share insights, and keep ourselves updated with new psychological research and techniques to ensure the best care possible. What I value most about this work is that it allows me to help individuals build resilience, improve their mental health, and achieve long-term psychological balance and growth
