I approach mental health care from a systemic lens while believing that meaningful psychotherapy can not exist without the consideration of social forces. While I cater to the client's needs, I am inclined towards Existential, Narrative and Humanistic approaches. Along with this, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a vessel in the process of therapy through which the change occurs.
