Archana Sowbarnika

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Diploma in Medical Psychology, and I am a practicing Transactional Analyst. I have been closely associated with a mental health startup from its inception, contributing to its growth over three years, and continue to collaborate with them as a trusted freelancer. Currently based in the UAE, I work full-time as a Neurofeedback Technician, gaining hands-on experience with a diverse range of clients and supporting individualized, evidence-based care. My work reflects an eclectic approach, integrating psychological insight, neurophysiological methods, and relational depth, while remaining open to metaphysical and spiritual perspectives that honor the mind–body connection and the individual’s larger sense of meaning.
