Chara Filaou

I am a licensed psychologist (Ba, MA) and trained psychotherapist (Systemic and Family Therapy Training) with a background in providing psychosocial services to individuals, couples and families who are seeking support while navigating through challenging and demanding periods in their lives (major life transitions, relationship changes, loss and grief, self- discovery challenges, family relationships, parenting, mental and emotional struggles, etc.). I am currently based in Thessaloniki, offering both online and in-person sessions. My work is grounded in systemic theory and practice, which forms the core of my therapeutic approach. At the same time, I continue to enrich and expand my method towards a more integrative model, always guided by best interests of each client, while staying within the scope of my knowledge and abilities.
