With over 450 hours of experience in individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and assessments, her work is rooted in a person-centered, humanistic approach, while also drawing from other therapeutic modalities to meet her clients’ unique needs and concerns. She brings warmth, curiosity, and lived experience to her sessions, believing that healing begins when we feel deeply seen and heard.
