As a psychologist with a European Certificate in Psychology and a full member of the Portuguese Order of Psychologists, I have experience working with adults, as well as academic training and knowledge in clinical and healthcare settings. I provide clinical psychology and psychotherapy consultations for adults of all ages: anxiety, irritability, burnout, chronic pain, depression, grief, LGBTI issues, and emotional and relational issues. My approaches are integrative and psychodynamic.
