Hi I'm a psychology professional with a strong foundation in clinical and counselling psychology, shaped through hands-on internship experience.My work reflects a deep interest in psychopathology, psychodiagnostics, and therapeutic interventions, with particular expertise in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, and child development. I demonstrate strong skills in clinical assessment, including case history collection, mental status examination, and psychological testing for cognitive functions and diagnostic clarification. I also have developed proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relaxation-based techniques like Jacobson’s Progressive Muscle Relaxation (JPMR).
