Aniket Deshpande

As a Dedicated Mental Health Professional, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples through their unique journeys of growth and transformation. I work with individuals aged 20 to 50 years, helping them navigate challenges related to daily life adjustments, complex trauma, interpersonal issues, attachment wounds, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I believe that unaddressed emotional difficulties and traumatic experiences can create deep-seated attachment wounds. While distractions may provide temporary relief, our bodies retain unhealed imprints of these experiences, which can resurface as vulnerabilities in the future. However, when we acknowledge and process these emotions, we create space to approach past difficulties with greater tolerance and compassion. Through my practice, I aim to empower individuals to embrace healing and emotional well-being. I follow an integrative approach with trauma informed lens - integrating with somatic therapy, attachment therapy, logo therapy, choice and reality therapy and self-compassion. I am also trained in QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper.
