Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from CMP College, India. Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from Vizja University, Warsaw, Poland. Besides, I have completed Quality Active Listening Program with honors from 7 Cups Academy, California, The United States. Proven ability to develop effective, client-centered treatment prescription and help clients implement them using therapeutic modalities e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, etc. An enthusiastic, diligent and compassionate psychologist with a strong and prolonged track record of improving patient's mental health and fostering resilience backed by their testimonials. I work as a Doctor, Clinical Psychology, Content Writer and a Volunteer. My leisure activities include: Volunteering as a trained active listener over 7 Cups (USA-based), Team Everest (India-based) for orphan and underprivileged children; reading self-help books; traveling and exploring museums, palaces and art galleries; drawing and sketching sceneries. Besides, I advocate mental health concerns through public speaking and creative writing skills. At Better Minds, I believe in erasing the stigmas and raising mental health awareness.
