I am a B.Sc. Psychology graduate from SRM Institute of Science and Technology with practical exposure to counseling and mental health support through training at NIMHANS, NIEPMD, Coimbatore Counseling Clinic, and IGM Orphanage. These experiences, along with active participation in counseling workshops, have helped me build skills in psychological assessment, client support, and community engagement. To further strengthen my knowledge, I have completed licensed certifications in areas such as Positive Psychology, ADHD and Autism Management, Behavioural Change, Substance Use Disorders, Psychosis, and Quantitative Methods. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and applying evidence-based practices to support individuals and communities with empathy and professionalism.
