MARINA TAVERNARAKI

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate in Psychology with Counselling Practice. My approach is grounded in the understanding that no single model fits everyone, and I draw on a range of therapeutic perspectives to tailor the work to each person’s unique needs. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. My work integrates humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, always guided by respect for the individual and their personal journey. I have a strong interest in how people make sense of life challenges and emotional distress, and I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection in their relationships and daily lives. My practice is informed by both clinical experience and ongoing research, ensuring that the support I offer is both evidence-based and deeply human.
