Kaezel Santos

I am Kaezel A. Santos, a Registered Psychologist and Psychometrician with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I have extensive experience in mental health assessment, counseling, and rehabilitation, having served as Psychologist-in-Charge/Health Program Officer at the Department of Health’s largest rehabilitation facility and currently as a Mental Health Officer at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology. My style is collaborative, empathetic, and goal-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques. I have worked with adults and children dealing with substance use, psychiatric, personality, and trauma-related concerns, as well as clients struggling with overthinking, procrastination, burnout, and self-esteem issues. I believe in empowering clients through insight and action—bridging clinical understanding with practical strategies for personal growth and resilience.
