I have done my master's in clinical psychology and have been trained to deal with a range of cases that include: anxiety, stress, low motivation levels, self-improvement areas, trauma informed cases, behavioral issues and career conflicts. The therapy approach employs an eclectic and unique way of dealing with my clients wherein I rely on their strengths to explore themselves and work out methods to make them more efficient in dealing with their issues; credited to my certified training in Mindfulness therapies, Solution focused brief therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFTMRAUK), Gottman Method for Relationship Counselling & Internal Family Systems (IFS). In my experience of 5.5 years, I have worked in various settings: Nongovernment organizations where the goal was to improve the skill sets of children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Corporate Wellness teams for employee counseling services (developing and delivering EAPs), clinics dealing with a range of psychiatric conditions (depression, anxiety and stress management, relationship counseling, trauma-informed cases, behavioral issues, and personality issues) in the age groups of 13-50 and have gained a hands-on experience in each setup. I am also a certified career counsellor (CCA- certified by Edumilestones)- working with students and early career professionals, helping them make informed decisions and choose the right path.
