I am a psychologist specialized in Integrative Gestalt Therapy and addictions. My work is grounded in a humanistic and holistic understanding of psychological processes, integrating mind, body, and emotion. I combine psychotherapy with embodied and creative approaches, such as conscious dance facilitation, as a pathway to reconnect with the body and emotional expression. This integrative perspective allows me to accompany individuals through deep processes of personal transformation with presence, authenticity, and empathy. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian, I have experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, adapting therapeutic work to each person’s unique context and needs.
