I am a registered and insured Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, using Solution Focused coaching tools to direct client change towards better mental health, improving mindset or achieving personal, health or professional performance goals. I work on a one to one basis, both via online sessions and in-person so that my clients receive a fully personalised service. My approaches and methods are customised but are always selected based on clinical efficacy and scientific research in the fields of Neuroscience, Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT and Neurolinguistic Programming. I hold the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma which is currently the UKs highest qualification in this industry and am qualified to work with diagnosed conditions such as Depression and Anxiety. I am also an accredited Solution Focused Supervisor.
