Riya Inamke

As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their inner world, understand themselves more deeply, and create meaningful change. My work focuses on supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, body image struggles, trauma, and childhood experiences that continue to shape their present. I also work with individuals navigating emotional regulation, boundaries, self-worth, life transitions and helping them build awareness and resilience in their journey toward healing. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while being rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing difficulties but also about rediscovering one’s strengths and capacity for growth. Together, we work toward developing healthier patterns, deeper self-understanding, and a more fulfilling connection with oneself and others.
