I am a BS, MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, LPC-Intern specializing in trauma, grief, and relationship counseling. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Gottman Method for couples. As an Advanced Grief-Certified therapist, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to help clients heal from loss, anxiety, and relational pain. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals and couples can process their experiences, strengthen connections, and find renewed balance in mind, body, and spirit.
