I am a psychologist and Gestalt therapy trainee with a deep interest in personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Over the past 10 years I have worked with adults, children and parents, helping them reconnect with themselves, heal their inner child and find more confidence and ease in everyday life. My work is grounded in authenticity, empathy and gentle presence.
