As a licensed mental health provider, specializing in trauma and somatic-based practices, I also bring years of experience as a coach of movement and mindfulness practice. As a Laughter Yoga leader, I can integrate sessions with directed laughter, for the body to resonate with joy during praxis. My approach is eclectic - flowing between evidence-based and humanistic modalities. All is tailored to the needs present during the session.
